Refund policy

Our “10 Days Hassle Free Return” applies only to eligible rug purchases within India and does not apply to custom-made rugs.

Custom or made-to-order rugs cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of genuine manufacturing defects or damage during transit (after proper verification).

There is no return or exchange policy for artefacts and paintings – all sales in these categories are final.

For rugs that are eligible for return or exchange, the product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and sent back in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

Any return or exchange request must be raised within 10 days of delivery, along with the order details and clear photos if there is an issue.

Slight variations in rug size, design, and pattern can occur due to the manufacturing and finishing process; these minor differences are normal and are not treated as defects.

The actual color of the rug may look a bit different from what you see on your screen because of lighting conditions and individual device display settings.

The way a rug looks can also change based on where it is placed, the surrounding décor, lighting, and the angle from which it is viewed. These natural changes in appearance are normal and are not considered valid reasons for return or exchange.
