At the moment, we ship only within India and do not accept or deliver international orders.

Our 10 days hassle free returns applies only to eligible rug purchases within India and does not apply to custom-made rugs.

Custom or made-to-order rugs cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of genuine manufacturing defects or damage during transit (after proper verification).

There is no return or exchange policy for artifacts and paintings - all sales in these categories are final.

For rugs that are eligible for return or exchange, the product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and sent back in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
